Cycom has built a solid reputation for providing high quality Audio Visual Services. For over 10 years, we have installed and maintained a wide range of Audio Visual Equipments across Canada. Our technicians are trained and certified to assume responsibility for AV Equipment within most installations. What sets us apart is we take ownership of our customer’s AV  solution. This means, should a customer have problems across many different environments, products, and vendors, he only has to make one call. We are there for our customers and ready to help—all day, every day.

Cycom offers three levels of Contracted Services:

I. Critical Support Services. This is ideal for organizations that have mission-critical applications that require the maximum possible uptime for equipment throughout the network. 7 x 24 x 365 support with 30 minute call back time, two hour response and four hour resolution time.

II. Advanced Support Services. This is best for organizations that provide critical services to customers beyond standard business hours, but may not be running on mission-critical applications. Service provided from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. -7:00p.m., local time. 30 minutes call back, four hour response and twenty-four hour resolution

III. Basic Support Services. This is best for organizations that have redundancy in their network or need a guaranteed, next-business-day response. Service provided Monday-through-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., local time. 30 minute call back, NBD response and 48 hour resolution time.
